Delete your data

Last updated: September 28, 2026

1. From the App, in a minute

This is the fastest way and you do not need to contact us:

  1. Open Gott SafeCall on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Advanced.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.
2. What is deleted
  • Your first name, last name, and phone number.
  • Your year of birth.
  • Your trusted contacts (names and numbers).
  • The subscription status stored on our servers.
  • Your authentication record — the account used to verify your number.
  • Everything the App stored on your phone, including your blocked numbers.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

3. What is NOT deleted, and why
  • Your Google Play subscription. It is a contract with Google, so cancel it in the App before deleting your account, or from your Google Play account. Deleting your account in the App does not stop billing.
  • An encrypted fingerprint of your phone number (not the number itself), used only to prevent the free trial from being granted twice. It is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically.
  • Alert history and cancellation feedback, for the periods stated in our Privacy Policy.
  • Aggregated, anonymized usage and crash data that can no longer identify you.
4. If you cannot access the App

Write to us and we will do it for you. Include the phone number you registered with so we can locate your account. We will reply and delete your data within 30 calendar days.

5. Your rights

Besides deletion, you may access, rectify, or object to the use of your data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Details are in our Privacy Policy.
